How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    We are looking for a Consultant Development Manager to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with leading Consultant specifiers and expand the reach of our innovative HVAC solutions across the Commercial market.

    What Will You Be Doing?
    * Develop and strengthen relationships with new and existing specifiers to increase project opportunities.
    * Conduct face-to-face and virtual visits to deliver maximum value and showcase Daikin’s competitive advantage.
    * Collaborate with Pre-Sales teams to create high-quality project specifications.
    * Act as the first point of support for allocated customers, ensuring exceptional service.
    * Expand the range of Daikin products specified in projects to deliver total solutions.
    * Manage project pipelines, track progress, and maintain accurate data in CRM systems.
    * Deliver technical presentations and CPD sessions to upskill customers on products and legislation.
    * Generate leads, map customer networks, and drive regional activity aligned with business priorities.
    About You:
    * Using your strong networking skills, to harvest fruitful relationships with Consultants.
    * Excellent ability at influencing at early stages to secure a solid specification sales pipeline.
    * Highly organised, thrives in having the autonomy in managing your own work schedule.
    * Customer-centric mindset, with thorough technical product knowledge to tailor bespoke solutions.
    * A practical knowledge of splits, VRV and Chiller applications.
