We are currently recruiting for an experienced Groundworks Foreman for a long-term project. This is a non-working role, focused on managing site operations and supervising gangs on a busy groundworks package.

Responsibilities:

Overseeing and coordinating groundworks gangs on site
*
Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification
*
Liaising with site management
*
Managing daily site activities, resources, and labour
*
Maintaining high health & safety standards
Requirements:
*
Proven experience as a Groundworks Foreman
*
Strong leadership and organisational skills
*
Ability to manage multiple gangs and site operations effectively
*
Valid CSCS card (SSSTS/SMSTS preferred)
*
Strong understanding of groundworks and civils packages
