Shift Leader

We are looking for a super star to help us succeed with the expansion of our restaurant space both in the night time and daytime. You will need to be a leader of people and someone who can inspire, motivate, and develop talent organically. This role is all about the guest so someone who is customer focused is essential. Commercially minded and someone who wants to make this restaurant a cut above the rest.

As our Shift/team leader, you will create an exciting work atmosphere to motivate your team and do whatever it takes to get the job done. You will be responsible for leading and driving the daily operations within the restaurant.

Our Team Leader will be responsible for the performance of the team and ensuring every guest has a positive experience with us. As our team leader you will

lead the restaurant service, make sure stock ensure targets are met and standards are kept to the highest standards. Communication and people management skills are a must. You will need to be confident and have an eye for attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will have previous shift leader or hospitality experience.
