TeacherActive are currently recruiting for passionate Nursery Practitioners to support a welcoming nursery setting on a supply basis. This role is perfect for those who love working with young children but want the flexibility to choose when and where they work.
The Role:
Support children within an Early Years setting
Assist with daily routines, play-based learning, and development activities
Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment
Work collaboratively with nursery staff to support children’s needs
Adapt to different nursery settings where required

Ideal for those returning to childcare or wanting varied experience
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
A Level 2 Childcare qualification (Level 3 also considered)
(e.g. CACHE Level 2/3, NVQ Level 2/3 in Childcare, Early Years Educator, or equivalent)
Experience working in a nursery or Early Years setting
A caring, patient, and proactive approach
A valid DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one through TeacherActive)
The ability to provide 2x recent professional references
