Due to continued and sustained business growth, our client, a leading supplier within their field, is looking for an Administrator to join their busy and dynamic team. 💼 The Details:
* Salary: £25,000
* Location: Caterham
* Hours: 35 hours a week (7 hour shifts between 8:00 am – 6:00 pm)

📋 Your Role:
As the go-to person for day-to-day operations, you’ll:
* Be the first point of contact for customer calls, offering friendly and efficient support.
* Handle queries, follow-ups, and general admin.
* Keep client records up-to-date and assist with invoice and quotation follow-ups.
* Collaborate with suppliers for stock/parts orders and maintain office supplies.
* Support the sales team with enquiries and product knowledge.
* Data entry tasks.
* Product uploading to company website.
* Manage emails, client setup, and other administrative duties.
🧩 Your Skills:
* Strong communicator, both written and verbal.
* Super organised with a keen eye for detail.
* A team player who can also work independently like a pro.
* Confident with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Experience in sales admin or Hubspot CRM knowledge? Even better!
