How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    At Isover (part of Saint-Gobain UK & Ireland), we're looking for a Quality & Process Control Manager to lead, inspire and develop our quality and process teams.

    In this role, you'll drive continuous improvement across quality and process performance, ensuring we consistently deliver compliant, high‑quality products for our customers. You'll set direction, challenge ways of working, and create a culture where quality is everyone's responsibility.

    You'll bring solid experience as a Quality Manager, with strong exposure to process control systems in a manufacturing environment. Just as important as your technical expertise is your ability to lead and develop people; you'll be guiding a small, systematic and technically minded team, bringing them on the journey and helping them perform at their best.

    This is a full‑time, days‑based role, based at our Runcorn site.

    What we're looking for:

    Qualified to degree level in scientific or technical discipline or equivalent academic and/or professional experience in a similar role
    Background in continuous improvement/Lean/Sigma/Root Cause Analysis
    Quality and Process management in a manufacturing environment (including FMEA & Control Plan)
    Working knowledge and understanding of the regulations & quality standards applicable to product, plus the requirements of ISO9001:2015 and Factory Process Control.
    Good communication skills across all levels of the business and a proactive approach
    Demonstrated Leadership skills What you will be doing:

    This is a varied role, some of the duties you will have responsibility for, but not limited to, include:

    Communicate the business strategy into operations by developing annual plans that define and deliver on this strategy to achieve our objectives
    Provide technical support to production process areas to gain performance improvement cost reduction through stable process
    Manage the Laboratory and site wide Control Plans to meet ISO 9001, BBA, FPC and WCM Q&PC pillar requirements
    Consistently deliver reliable quality products as defined by our customers and ensure the success of new product/service trials through operational flexibility.
    Champion the voice of the customer within the plant to ensure continuous improvement with respect to product quality
    Set quality assurance and control parameters early in collaboration with the production teams to ensure timely formulation of the quality critical requirements
    Promote our IMS obligations and establish an autonomous culture to enable identification of gaps and improvement opportunities with clear action plans to resolve
