As their portfolio continues to grow, they are looking for a driven and experienced Senior Architectural Technician to play a key role on site—leading projects through construction, collaborating with industry specialists, and ensuring every detail is delivered to the highest possible standard.
Key Responsibilities for this Senior Architectural Technician role:
Take the lead on producing high-quality technical drawings, specifications, and full construction packages using Revit and AutoCAD
Manage projects throughout the construction phase, carrying out regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve technical challenges, and ensure full compliance with design intent and building regulations
Own and drive consultant coordination, working closely with structural, MEP, and specialist teams to deliver fully integrated technical solutions
Provide senior-level technical leadership, mentoring architects and junior technicians to maintain outstanding quality, precision, and efficiency across all stages
Act as a key point of contact for clients, contractors, and stakeholders, ensuring clear, proactive communication and smooth project delivery from start to finish
Qualifications required for this Senior Architectural Technician role:
Strong, hands-on proficiency in Revit
In-depth knowledge of UK building regulations, construction methods, and technical standards
Proven experience managing projects on site and coordinating effectively with multidisciplinary consultant teams
Excellent technical detailing and problem-solving abilities, with a sharp eye for accuracy and buildability
