About the Role
A leading provider of integrated facilities management services is seeking an experienced Gas Engineer to join its team in Edinburgh. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a dynamic environment delivering high-quality maintenance and repair services across commercial sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out statutory inspections of gas appliances and associated plant
- Complete reactive repairs and fault finding on gas systems
- Support and oversee annual maintenance of gas networks
- Conduct audits of gas maintenance across multiple sites
- Ensure all gas certifications are compliant and up to date
- Assist with other maintenance tasks within your skill set as required
- Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism at all times
- Commit to ongoing professional development and technical training
Skills & Experience Required
- Valid gas qualifications: CCN1, CEN1, COCN1, CCCN1, CIGA1, CDGA, COMCAT
- 5-10 years' experience in a similar role
- Strong experience working on large commercial boilers
- Experience with direct-fired AHUs
- Commercial catering gas experience (desirable)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage at all levels
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- IT literate (Word, Excel)
