What you’ll do
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll receive full training and support from day one. You’ll learn how to:
Build strong relationships with clients and candidates
Source and attract top talent in your specialist market
Understand market trends and opportunities
Develop into a full 360 Recruitment Consultant role, often within 12 months
What you’ll get
£26,500 starting salary
Uncapped commission from day one
Clear training, mentorship and career progression
Year 1 OTE: £30k
Year 2 OTE: £50k
Year 3 OTE: £90k–£130k+
