The Role

Operate a 360 excavator on an active construction site.
Carry out excavation, grading, and lifting duties safely and efficiently in line with project specifications.
Perform daily machine checks, report defects promptly, and follow all safety-critical procedures.
Support general site operations as required, contributing to smooth day-to-day progress.

We're Looking For

Proven experience operating 360 excavators.
Valid CPCS or NPORS ticket with Safety Critical certification (essential).
Strong understanding of site safety protocols and the ability to work effectively within a team.
Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of workmanship.
Adaptable with strong communication skills to meet changing site demands.
