Production Technician

Solution 47 Recruitment is pleased to be working with a well-established client near Duxford who is looking to recruit a reliable and motivated Production Technician. This is a full-time, permanent position offering stability and the opportunity to develop within a busy production environment.

The Role

This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced production setting, where you will be involved in packing products, supporting the operation of machinery, and learning all aspects of the production process.

The role will suit someone who enjoys being active, working on their feet, and being part of a productive and supportive team environment.

Working Hours

* Monday to Friday (day shift)

* Overtime available as and when required

Key Responsibilities

* Packing finished products to a high standard

* Assisting with the operation of production machinery

* Learning how to run and maintain different machines

* Ensuring products meet quality standards

* Keeping the work area clean, safe, and organised

* Working efficiently to meet production targets

Requirements

* A positive attitude and strong work ethic

* Willingness to learn and develop new skills

* Ability to work on your feet for extended periods

* Good attention to detail

* Team player with good communication skills

* Previous production or manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential
