    Job description

    Talentmark are recruiting for a Quality Technician to join an animal health company on a contract basis for 12 months. This role is site based in Newport, Wales. 

    Salary:
    From £12.21 ph to £16.77 ph depending upon experience

    Quality Technician Role:

    Support laboratory operations, specimen processing, and quality assurance.
    Analysis of test specimens.
    Safely lift and transfer laboratory samples and equipment.
    Log and scan samples into proprietary applications/databases.
    Receive and catalogue supplies, including reagents and chemicals.Your Background:

    Hold a degree in Life Science or a relevant field, or have equivalent working experience.
    Strong pipetting skills and experience.
    Knowledge of ISO 17025 standards.
    Experience and comfort level working with chemicals in a lab setting.
    Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
    Strong attention to detail.Company:
