An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled and motivated Technician to join a dynamic and experienced operations team based in Stratford-upon-Avon.
This hands-on role is ideal for a very practical and creative person, who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality exhibition and event spaces across the UK and Europe.
* Salary £35,000-£39,000 depending on previous experience + bonus

The Role
As a Technician, you will be responsible for the assembly, installation, and maintenance of event structures, modular buildings, and exhibition stands. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities of the Technician:
* Assemble and install exhibition stands, modular systems, and event structures
* Inspect, maintain, and repair equipment
* Operate tools and machinery safely and effectively
* Support event setup and dismantling, including troubleshooting on-site issues
* Collaborate with project managers and team members to deliver projects on time
* Assist with quality control and inventory management
About You
The ideal Technician will have:
* Experience with exhibition electrics (e.g. event electrics, LED lightboxes, light walls, generators, general lighting)
* Experience in event AV installation (desirable)
* Strong practical skills using hand and workshop tools
* A proactive, reliable, and team-oriented approach
* Ability to work on-site and adapt to varying project demands
