Shifts: Sunday to Friday - Up to 6 days a week
About the Role:
We are seeking hands-on Production Operatives to support our bakery operations across two sites. This is a physically demanding role, ideal for candidates looking for a challenge and eager to be an integral part of a busy team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lifting up to 30kg repeatedly throughout the shift
Operating within bakery production lines
Working in ambient and fluctuating temperature environments
Maintaining strict hygiene and safety standards
Supporting the team with cleaning and general duties
The Ideal Candidate:
Comfortable with regular heavy lifting and manual work
Willing to get hands dirty-no two days are the same
Adaptable to varying shift needs across both Iver and Park Royal sites
Reliable, with a strong work ethic
Able to work up to 6 days a week, Sunday to Friday
