Search Consultancy is looking for a Skilled Joiner specializing in first, second, and final fix work to join our Durham team. With several major regeneration projects developments currently underway. We have a consistent pipeline of work, ranging from large-scale commercial fit-outs to high-end refurbishments

If you are a precise joiner who takes pride in high-quality craftsmanship-from structural timber to the finest finishing touches-we have consistent work available.

The Role
* Comprehensive Joinery: Carrying out all aspects of joinery including structural carcass work (1st fix), internal door sets and skirting (2nd fix), and intricate finishing/snagging (final fix).
* Project Variety: A mix of fast-paced commercial sites and detailed residential projects.
* Local Sites: Consistent work based across Durham

Requirements
* CSCS Card: A valid Blue or Gold card is essential.
* Significant experience in 1st, 2nd, and final fix joinery with a strong eye for detail.

* Tools & PPE: Must have your own full professional toolkit, power tools and standard 5-point PPE.
* Reliability: We need tradespeople who are punctual, professional, and capable of working to tight deadlines.
* Right to Work: Must have a valid right to work in the UK.
