This full-time, permanent role is ideal for someone confident managing project delivery across multiple sites, with the commercial and technical know-how to keep things running smoothly.

This could be a great next step if you’re someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, values quality, and enjoys taking project ownership.

    About the Company

Our client is a forward-thinking building services contractor with a strong reputation across the North of England. Specialising in Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health installations, they deliver innovative design and build solutions for clients across commercial, education, healthcare, and leisure sectors.

With a modern approach and a team of in-house design experts, they combine technical detail with practical delivery — offering clients a fully integrated service from pre-construction to handover.

As they continue to grow their mechanical team, this role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of high-specification projects within a business that values professionalism, consistency, and communication.

    *

    *

Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and site managers

    *

Ensuring compliance with health & safety, RAMS, and site protocols

    *

Working alongside commercial teams on budgets, variations, and cost control

    *

Taking a proactive role in problem-solving and issue resolution

    Skills & Experience Required

    *

Proven experience delivering mechanical building services projects

    *

Strong knowledge of HVAC, pipework, and plantroom systems

    *

Comfortable managing multiple live sites and subcontractor teams

    *

SMSTS, CSCS, and first aid qualifications (preferred)

    *

    *

Confident communicator with a structured and solutions-focused mindset

    *

    Full UK driving licence

    Benefits

    *

Competitive salary: £70,000 - £80,000 depending on experience

    *

    Full company benefits package

    *

Projects across high-value commercial, leisure, and education sectors

    *

Opportunities for growth within a dynamic and supportive team
