Key Responsibilities:
* Managing complex and fast-moving diaries
* Acting as a central point of contact for senior stakeholders
* Coordinating meetings, preparing documentation and briefing packs
* Organising travel, itineraries, and logistics at short notice
* Supporting internal communications and leadership activity
* Assisting with events, meetings, and operational tasks
Experience and Skills Requirements:
* Proven Executive Assistant experience within a fast-paced environment
* Immediately available and able to start with minimal handover
* Highly organised, adaptable, and proactive
* Confident dealing with senior stakeholders
* Discreet, reliable, and solutions-driven
