Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling components and products according to specifications, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble products and components following work instructions, blueprints, or diagrams
Inspect parts and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic machinery safely and efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized work area in line with health and safety regulations
Identify and report defects, issues, or inconsistencies to supervisors
Follow production schedules and meet daily/weekly output targets
Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparation of finished goods for shipment
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
Requirements & Qualifications
Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly role preferred but not essential
Ability to read and follow instructions, diagrams, and technical documents
Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Basic understanding of health and safety practices
Flexibility to work shifts, overtime, or weekends if required
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift and move materials
Good hand-eye coordination and physical stamina
