The Accounts Payable will;
Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Maintain accurate accounts payable records and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Assist in preparing payments and managing supplier relationships professionally.
Reconcile accounts and support month-end closing activities.
Ensure all transactions are recorded in the accounting system accurately and on time.
Collaborate with internal teams to address financial queries effectively.
Provide support for audits by preparing documentation as required.
Contribute to process improvements within the accounts payable function.Profile
A successful Accounts Payable professional should have:
Prior experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role.
Proficiency in accounting software (SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Knowledge of financial processes and procedures relevant to the role.
Excellent communication skills to liaise with suppliers and internal teams.Job Offer
