Production Operative

KFM Recruitment are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join a busy site in West Hull – just 20 minutes from Hull City Centre

We’re partnering with a long-standing and reputable client to find dependable production operatives. This position offers a temporary-to-permanent opportunity for the right individual.

Continental shift pattern (12-hour days and nights)
£12.71 per hour + holiday pay (£13.70 post 12 weeks)

The Role

Operating production machinery and handling materials
Loading and unloading products on the line
Completing quality inspections on finished items
Trimming excess materials and preparing goods for dispatch
Packing and palletising completed products
Ensuring the workspace remains safe and tidy in accordance with Health & Safety procedures
What We’re Looking For

Previous experience within a production or warehouse environment
A strong work ethic with good attention to detail
Available to start immediately
good finger dexterity
