How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    šŸ“ˆ Drive Sales & Grow Accounts

    Manage a portfolio of existing customers, building strong relationships and ensuring repeat business
    Handle incoming enquiries, follow up on leads, and convert opportunities into sales
    Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across our packaging solutions
    Work closely with External Sales Teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
    Keep CRM systems up to date with quotes, orders, and customer interactions

    Make outbound calls to promote products, campaigns, and new initiatives
    Provide valuable frontline insights into customer needs and product performance
    Play a role in the development and launch of new products
    Collaborate with marketing to bring campaigns to life
    Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and innovations

    Work cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver excellent service
    Support monthly sales reviews and track performance against targets
    Share customer feedback to help shape business decisions

    Experience in sales or account management (B2B, trade, or packaging preferred)
    A confident communicator who builds strong relationships with ease
    Commercial awareness and curiosity about market trends
    Comfortable working towards targets and KPIs
    Organised, proactive, and confident using CRM systems and Microsoft tools

    Experience within construction / packaging industry
    Worked with end users or distributors
