We are working on behalf of a well-established architecture and civil/structural engineering consultancy based in Port Talbot to recruit a Chartered Civil Engineer to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer who is looking to take the next step in their career, with a clear pathway to Associate level for the right individual.
The Role
You will play a key role in delivering a wide range of civil engineering projects across sectors, contributing both technically and strategically. The position offers a blend of hands-on design work, project leadership, and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and deliver civil engineering projects from concept through to completion
Prepare and review detailed designs, calculations, and technical reports
Manage client relationships and contribute to business development
Mentor and support junior engineers within the team
Collaborate closely with in-house structural engineers and architectsRequirements
Chartered Engineer status (CEng)
Strong experience in civil engineering design (drainage & infrastructure)
Proven ability to manage projects and liaise with clients
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ambition to progress into a senior leadership/Associate roleWhat’s on Offer
