Are you reliable, hardworking, and looking to join a busy and supportive housing organisation in London? We are recruiting for an immediate start Caretaker / Cleaner to help maintain high standards across residential blocks and communal areas.
About the Role
As a key member of the estate services team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and overall upkeep of social housing and leasehold properties. Your duties will include:
Cleaning and maintaining communal areas
Sweeping and tidying car parks
Lifting Heavy white goods
Mopping and general caretaking duties
Managing bin rotation across the estate
Keeping bin stores and sheds clean and organised
Supporting the smooth running of the estate with day‑to‑day maintenance tasks
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
Experienced in caretaking, cleaning, or property/estate management (preferred)
Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
Comfortable working across multiple residential blocks
Friendly and professional with a strong work ethic
