The Role
The Driver will be responsible for the delivery of equipment at customer sites across the UK and Ireland. Operating a company-provided van with tail lift, the role combines logistics with hands-on practical work.
This position requires a proactive individual who can manage deliveries efficiently. The role involves manual handling, use of some power tools, and working in a variety of environments including schools and commercial premises. Occasional overnight stays will be required, with accommodation provided.
Key Responsibilities
·Carry out daily deliveries to customer locations across the UK and Ireland
·Load, transport, and unload goods safely using appropriate equipment
·Work in a range of environments, including sensitive or high-pressure settings
·Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timeframes
·Liaise professionally with customers during delivery and installation
·Maintain the cleanliness and basic upkeep of the company vehicle
Essential Requirements
·Full, clean UK driving licence
·Willingness to travel extensively across the UK and Ireland
·Ability to stay away from home when required
