Job Role: Machine Operator
Hours: AM Mon-Fri 6.00am-2.30pm or PM Mon-Thu 12.00pm-10.30pm
Role Type: Temp to perm
Hourly rate: £13.00 per hour
gap personnel Bristol are operating as an employment business and currently looking to recruit X2 Machine Operators for a client based in Yate, BS37. As a Machine Operator, you will be operating saw machinery as effectively as possible following all necessary procedures to ensure a good quality product.
Job Responsibilities:
Set up and operate machines
Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and technical drawings
Monitor and ensure quality, safety, and efficiency during operations
First-off inspection
Product identification and traceability
Control of non-conforming product
In process controls and inspections
Ensure all in process inspection records are completed accurately.
Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines
The Candidate:
Manufacturing experience essential
Attention to details
Ability to communicate
Counterbalance or Reach Truck licences are beneficial
