My client is a large manufacturing organisation who are looking for a Communications and Engagement Coordinator based in Leicester.
Description
Deliver the annual employee engagement plan, including celebration days and key site events.
Organise major events such as the Winter Family Party, Christmas activities, and long-service awards.
Support delivery of the Health & Wellbeing plan with clinics, challenges, and wellbeing initiatives.
Manage and deliver all site internal communications, including newsletters and weekly briefs.
Lead Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities through the Charity & Social Committee.
Keep all communication channels (notice boards, TVs, digital platforms) up to date.
Maintain and enhance the employee recognition scheme to drive engagement.
Identify and implement improvements to communication methods, tools, and content.
Promote and embed company values, acting as a role model across the site.
Lead the annual Staff Survey, encouraging participation and reinforcing company culture.
