You’ll support the day-to-day procurement function, ensuring goods and services are ordered, tracked, and delivered efficiently while maintaining accurate records and stock levels.
Key Responsibilities
Raising and processing purchase orders
Liaising with suppliers to manage orders and delivery schedules
Monitoring inventory levels and replenishing stock
Maintaining accurate purchasing records and data
Comparing supplier pricing to ensure best value
Tracking deliveries and resolving discrepancies
Verifying invoices against orders and receipts
Supporting supplier negotiations and general admin duties
About You
Previous purchasing/procurement experience is essential
Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel)
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
Confident communicator with strong problem-solving skills

£27000.00 - £30000.00 per year
