The Role
Are you a 7.5t driver who isn't afraid to get stuck in? We are looking for a reliable 7.5t Driver / Groundworker to join a premier Lincoln-based civils firm on a major 1–3 year pothole reinstatement contract.
This is not a "steering wheel only" job. You will be a vital part of a 3-man reinstatement gang. Your day will involve driving the gang to the site and then jumping out of the cab to assist with saw-cutting, raking, and hot-lay macadam.

Start: 06:30 at the yard in Stapleford (LN6).

Finish: 16:30 back at the yard.

Paid Travel: You are paid 9 hours per day, meaning you are on the clock from the moment you hit the yard until the moment you leave.

Stability: This is a genuine long-term run (up to 3 years) with a respected local family firm.
Requirements

Driving Licence: Valid Category C1 (7.5t) is essential.
*
Compliance: Valid CPC and Digital Tacho card.
*
Attitude: Must be physically fit and happy to perform groundworks/labouring duties alongside the gang.
*
Reliability: You must be local to Lincoln/Newark and capable of a consistent 06:30 start.

Tickets: CSCS card is essential. NRSWA (Street Works) is a massive bonus
