M&E Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) – Brighton
Salary: £40,000- £42,000
Location: Brighton
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Perks: Overtime Available, 25 days annual leave + public holidays
Our client, a highly respected name in the Facilities Management industry, is looking for a M&E Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias to join their team covering prestigious sites in Brighton. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled engineer seeking a stable, Monday–Friday role with variety, autonomy, and excellent benefits.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across two commercial sites
* Electrical fault finding, testing, and minor installations
* Supporting basic multi-trade tasks (e.g., plumbing, fabric repairs)
* No call out is required for this role
* Ensuring compliance with health & safety and statutory regulations
What You’ll Need:
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
* NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation
* Experience in building services or FM environments
* Full UK driving licence (van and fuel card provided)
* Comfortable with basic multi-trade tasks
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
