What You’ll Be Doing:
• Performing planned and reactive maintenance across building services systems
• Supporting basic multi-trade tasks (e.g., plumbing, electrical, fabric repairs)
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety and statutory regulations
• Working independently and as part of a skilled on-site team
