ARC are working with their client based in Lenwade who are seeking Window Manufacturing Operatives to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure long-term work with the potential for a permanent contract.
Due to Location, you will need your own transport to get to site – there are no public transport routes.
Key Duties:
Operating machinery and hand tools to manufacture uPVC and aluminium window frames
Assembling and glazing units to production standards
Measuring, cutting, and preparing materials
Quality checking finished products for accuracy and finish
Working to production targets and following health & safety procedures
General workshop duties and keeping work areas clean and organised
What We’re Looking For:
Previous manufacturing, production, or assembly experience preferred (but full training given)
Ability to use hand/power tools confidently
Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliability and a strong work ethic
