How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Artworker

    Bring your creativity to life in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused clothing environment! We're looking for a Creative Artworker to join our clients team and produce high‑quality digital artwork that helps their customers' designs shine.

    About the Role

    As a Creative Artworker, you'll transform customer ideas into accurate, print‑ready artwork that's perfectly aligned with brand guidelines. You'll use your technical skills and design expertise to create, amend, and enhance direct‑to‑film (DTF) artwork-ensuring every sample and production file is right first time.

    You'll work closely with customer service and production teams, keeping artwork consistent, high‑quality, and delivered on schedule.

    What You'll Do

    Produce accurate, print‑ready visuals and proofs that meet customer and brand requirements
    Prepare artwork files and proofs for customer approval
    Retouch, rework, colour‑balance, and resize artwork to ensure flawless quality
    Ensure artwork meets service level agreements and production deadlines
    Approve first‑off prints and support production teams
    Manage colour accuracy, including Pantone matching
    Communicate with internal teams to prioritise and coordinate artwork completion
    Maintain accurate records and follow production procedures
    Share your expertise in DTF digital artwork across the business

    What You'll Bring

    Strong knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and/or CorelDRAW
    Ability to amend layouts to customer specifications
    Confident colour‑matching and strong attention to detail
    Excellent communication skills via phone and email
    Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy
    Understanding of clothing decoration processes
    Proven customer service experience
    A positive, proactive mindset with great problem‑solving abilities
