With a regional headcount of around 100, they are small enough that your contribution is visible, yet large enough to win the most complex £80m residential and care developments in the South and East.
The team is expanding and we have the exciting brief to find their future management team. They are looking for ambitious and career hungry talent. Senior professionals who are bored of just "counting bricks" and want to lead. You’ll be the primary point of contact for Clients, acting as a true Employer’s Agent—managing the inception, procurement (JCT D&B), and on-site delivery of high-quality housing and care facilities.

The Essentials
The Background: You’ll likely be Degree qualified (BSc/MSc) and ideally MRICS (or equivalent).
The Experience: You need a solid handle on JCT Design & Build contracts and the confidence to lead commercial negotiations and site valuations.
The Person: You enjoy mentoring junior staff and aren’t afraid to be the face of the project when meeting Clients.
