We are working with a well-regarded school in Liss and are recruiting a SEND Learning Support Assistant to join their Resourcing Provision Unit. This SEND Learning Support Assistant opportunity is ideal for those seeking a rewarding and hands-on role within a supportive environment.
As a SEND Learning Support Assistant, you will support children with social, emotional, and educational needs, assisting teachers in delivering tailored learning programs. Working in the Resourcing Provision Unit in Liss, you will help students access their full potential, build confidence, and develop key skills in a safe and structured setting.
Job role and responsibilities:
* Support students with additional needs on a 1:1 or small group basis
* Assist teachers in delivering learning programs
* Help maintain a safe, structured, and inclusive environment
* Encourage social, emotional, and academic development
* Follow safeguarding procedures and school policies
Requirements:
* Passion for working with children with SEND
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to commute to Liss
Working pattern:
* 3 days per week - starting 20th April
