Must have’s

* Experience managing third-party or insurer relationships

* Strong understanding of the insurance market

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills

* Proven track record of delivering strong customer outcomes

So, what will you be doing?

* Managing and strengthening relationships with scheme insurers and partners

* Overseeing scheme profitability, performance and operational effectiveness

* Working collaboratively with partners to improve service delivery and customer outcomes

* Supporting scheme placement strategy across trading teams

* Leading service and operational improvement initiatives

* Supporting the delivery of new products and insurer capacity

* Producing analysis, reporting and recommendations on partner performance

* Reviewing and negotiating contracts and insurer terms of business
