As an SEN Intervention Assistant, you will support pupils both in the classroom and in small groups, helping them to access learning, build confidence, and develop key social and communication skills. You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to create a positive and consistent learning environment.
Within this SEN Intervention Assistant role, you will:
* Support pupils with SEN in the classroom and during small group activities
* Assist with the delivery of targeted interventions
* Help pupils with communication, emotional regulation, and engagement
* Encourage independence and participation in lessons
* Work collaboratively with teaching staff to support learning outcomes
