We are seeking a skilled Electrical Fitter to join our client in Nottinghamshire. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, wiring, testing, and maintaining a wide variety of products.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble and fit electrical components according to specifications.
Carry out wiring, panel assembly, and integration of electrical components.
Test units to ensure compliance with electrical standards and performance requirements.
Diagnose and rectify electrical faults during assembly and testing phases.
Work with low and medium-voltage components safely and efficiently.
Use hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment competently.
Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to resolve issues quickly.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience as an Electrical Fitter, Panel Wirer, or similar electrical assembly role.
Strong understanding of electrical diagrams, schematics, and wiring schedules.
Ability to use electrical test instruments such as multimeters, insulation testers, and continuity testers.
Good problem‑solving skills and a methodical, quality‑focused approach.
Must hold a qualification or certification in electrical installation, electrical engineering or something similar
