How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Revenue Operations Manager – Trade Mastermind

    Location: Peterborough
    Salary: £50,000 – £65,000 per annum

    Trade Mastermind is seeking an experienced and highly organised Revenue Operations Manager to support the continued growth of our fast-paced, entrepreneurial education and SaaS business. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in building systems, improving processes, and driving operational excellence across multiple teams. You will play a central part in ensuring our day-to-day functions run efficiently, our customer journey is seamless, and our teams are empowered with well-structured, scalable systems.

    In this role, you will take ownership of designing, managing, and optimising our CRM architecture, including HubSpot, Ontraport or similar platforms. You will be responsible for creating the operating model, shaping the data structure, governing workflows, and ensuring system integrity across the business. You will lead CRM implementation across Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing, and Finance, ensuring full adoption through robust processes, data accuracy, and team training.

    A key aspect of the position involves transforming operational knowledge into documented systems and standard operating procedures. You will work closely with department leads to streamline handoffs, reduce inefficiencies, and introduce automation wherever possible. You will also maintain responsibility for producing accurate, insightful dashboards and reports that track performance across the full customer lifecycle, supporting forecasting, retention, upsell opportunities, and revenue growth.

    As a cross-functional partner, you will collaborate directly with senior leadership—including our VP of Experience, CRO, CFO, and CEO—to drive sales velocity and ensure data-led decision making. You will regularly run system audits to maintain CRM hygiene, eliminate friction points, and continuously optimise processes as the business scales.

    We are looking for a candidate with proven experience building and managing CRM systems such as HubSpot or Ontraport, ideally within SaaS or education environments. You should have a strong track record in implementing RevOps frameworks, improving operational performance, and developing scalable playbooks that teams can easily adopt. A data-first mindset and experience with continuous improvement methodologies—such as CI, Lean, or Six Sigma Green Belt—will be highly advantageous. The ideal person will be proactive, hands-on, and comfortable both diving into operational detail and stepping back to provide strategic oversight.
