The Role

As the M&E Supervisor, you’ll:

Manage a team of 6 engineers, providing guidance and support in their daily operations.
Oversee the execution of M&E projects while expanding the fire doors side of the business.
Ensure compliance with relevant standards and drive quality improvements across the team’s output.
Coordinate with stakeholders to optimise workflow and meet project deadlines effectively.
Utilise your broad M&E knowledge to foster innovative solutions within the team. You
 
To be successful in the role of M&E Supervisor, you'll have the following skills and experience: 

Proven experience in a supervisory role within M&E services, preferably with knowledge of fire doors.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Relevant qualifications, such as DM Trada certification.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to drive operational efficiency and foster team cohesion. What's in it for you?
