We are currently recruiting for an experienced Injection Mould Toolmaker to join a well-established and growing manufacturing business based in Leicester.
This is a key role within a busy toolroom, working on the maintenance, repair and modification of plastic injection mould tools.
The Role
*
Maintenance, repair and modification of injection mould tools
*
Diagnosing faults and carrying out corrective work
*
Working with a range of tooling equipment including milling, grinding and bench fitting
*
Supporting production by ensuring tooling is running efficiently
*
Working closely with production and engineering teams
Requirements
*
Proven experience as a Toolmaker / Mould Toolmaker
*
Strong background within injection moulding / plastics
*
Experience within a toolroom environment
*
Ability to work from engineering drawings
*
Skilled in tool repair, modification and maintenance
