Senior Vehicle Technician – Hersham Area
£40,000 – £45,000 + Bonus + Overtime
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established and friendly automotive business in the Hersham area, who are looking to add an experienced Senior Vehicle Technician to their growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled technician who enjoys working in a supportive environment, with access to ongoing training and excellent earning potential.
The Role
As a Senior Technician, you will be responsible for:
* Carrying out advanced diagnostics and fault finding
* Completing a wide range of mechanical repairs and servicing
* Working efficiently to maintain high productivity levels
* Supporting the wider workshop team when required
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in diagnostics and all aspects of mechanical work
* A full UK driving licence (essential)
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* VAG experience (desirable, but not essential)
What’s On Offer
* Salary: £40,000 – £45,000
* Bonus: Productivity bonus of up to £400 per month
* Overtime: Paid at time and a half
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm (30-minute break)
* No weekends
* Holiday: 20 days + bank holidays
* Training: Ongoing development available (including ODIS, EV training, etc.)
* Work Environment: Friendly, supportive team within a well-run business
* Parking: Free onsite/local parking available
