Reginald Gray is continuing to partner with a long-standing client based in Oxfordshire. The business is a highly regarded £5m turnover principal contractor with a strong focus on high-end residential projects.

They have recently been appointed to deliver a circa £1m new build property in Oxfordshire for a high net worth private client. Construction is due to commence in May, and they are now seeking a standalone Site Manager to take full responsibility for delivering the project on site.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a quality-driven contractor working on bespoke, high-specification residential schemes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Day-to-day management of site operations

* Coordination of subcontractors and trades

* Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard

* Maintaining health and safety compliance on site

* Liaising with clients, consultants, and the wider project team

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Site Manager within high-end residential construction

* Ability to manage projects independently

* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

* Excellent communication and organisational skills
