A privately owned, nationwide Registered Building Control Approved Inspector is seeking a Registered Building Inspector to join their fast growing team, in Manchester. They have strong client relationships and will be able to offer a varied portfolio.
They also provide consultancy services which will offer a varied day to day, whilst you work within a team of experienced Registered Building Inspectors.

The Registered Building Inspector
The Registered Building Inspector ensures that construction projects comply with building regulations and safety standards. They review plans, carry out site inspections, and provide guidance to make sure structures are safe, accessible.
The Person
You will be a Registered Building Inspector to Class 2A competency minimum.
The Registered Building Inspector will have 4 years of experience within the industry.
A Chartered membership with CABE (MCABE) will be advantageous.
