Panel Beater (Quality-Focused Bodyshop – No Bonus Pressure)
£36,000 – £42,000 | Monday–Friday | 38 Hours | No Weekends
We’re working with a well-established, forward-thinking bodyshop that does things properly.
This is not a high-volume, insurance-driven environment. The focus here is simple:
👉 Do the job right, first time.
If you take pride in your work and prefer quality over rushing jobs through for bonus targets, this will suit you.
The Role
* Panel repairs on a range of modern vehicles, including hybrid and EV
* Work on both cars and light commercial vehicles (LCVs)
* Around 15 jobs per week across the workshop — no unrealistic workloads
* Focus on accuracy, finish, and customer satisfaction

What You’ll Get
* £36,000 – £42,000 (depending on experience & qualifications)
* 38-hour week (Monday–Friday)
* Flexible start/finish options (typically between 7:30am – 5:30pm)
* No weekends
* 30 days holiday including bank holidays
* Christmas shutdown (approx. 10 days off using only 4 holiday days)
* Quarterly company-paid social events
* Full PPE and ongoing training provided

* Modern facility working mainly on newer vehicles
* Significant investment planned over the next 12 months

* Fully equipped with all required tools, ramps, and machinery
