Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a Senior Legal Recruitment Consultant to join our Brighton based team and play a key role in our success.
Your role as a Senior Legal Recruitment Consultant
As a key part of our legal recruitment team, you will:
Manage the entire recruitment life-cycle, from sourcing and engaging top-tier candidates, senior associates to partner level legal professionals; negotiating offers and on-boarding talent.
Build and nurture strong relationships with the leading law firms and legal professionals, acting as a trusted advisor.
Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining and growing existing partnerships.
Stay ahead of industry trends to position Henderson Scott as a leading consultancy partner across your specific legal specialism.
Support and mentor junior consultants, helping them develop their skills and reach their full potential.Who we're looking for:
A university graduate, ideally with a law / business related degree.
Experience in a fast-paced, sales-driven, professional working environment.
Ambitious, career-driven, and eager to learn and continually improve.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for recruitment / sales / consultancy.
