Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Working pattern: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm (30-minute lunch break)

The Role We are currently recruiting for a Production Operator (Level 1) to join a busy manufacturing environment. This is an entry-level role, ideal for someone reliable, hands-on, and keen to develop within production and manufacturing.
You will be responsible for assembling and testing products safely and efficiently, following work instructions and quality standards, and supporting smooth day-to-day production operations.
Key Responsibilities
Operating machinery and equipment in line with standard procedures
Assembling and testing products to required quality standards
Carrying out regular quality checks during production
Performing basic routine maintenance and troubleshooting
Recording production data and reporting any issues or defects
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
Working closely with team members to meet production targets
Adhering to all health & safety procedures
Taking part in training and development when required
Requirements
GCSEs or equivalent
Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred (not essential)
Basic mechanical aptitude
Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work overtime or weekends if required
