The role itself will be 5 days a week term time only. You will be working alongside a teacher in a year 5 class, supporting the children’s learning and development. You will need to be confident working in a 1:1 situation as well as small groups. They are looking for a learning support assistant who will be passionate about what they do and to follow the correct safeguarding.
The successful Learning Support Assistant will have:
Experience working KS2
Relevant qualifications – level 2 and higher (desirable)
Strong communication skills
Experience working with a range of SEND
