You will be responsible for delivering engaging and practical construction training, supporting learners to develop their skills, knowledge, and confidence. You will work with small groups, providing tailored guidance to help learners achieve their qualifications and progress into employment or further training.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver construction training in line with awarding body requirements
• Support learners working towards construction-related qualifications
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons with both practical and theoretical elements
• Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback
• Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment
• Complete required documentation and assessments accurately
About You:
• Experience working in the construction industry
• Previous teaching, tutoring, or training experience (desirable)
• Relevant construction qualifications (e.g- Bricklaying/ joinery)
• Passionate about supporting learners and helping them succeed
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Assessor or teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
