An excellent opportunity for an experienced Window Fitter to join a well-established company!

📍 Location: St Austell, Cornwall

We are looking for experienced and reliable Window Fitters / Installers to join our team

Responsibilities:

Install, replace, and repair UPVC windows and doors in homes, ensuring they are secure, weather-tight, and meet housing standards.
Carry out all work in line with building regulations, health & safety requirements, and social housing policies (including fire safety and safeguarding).
Communicate professionally with tenants, explaining work being carried out, respecting occupied homes, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Inspect existing UPVC installations to identify defects such as failed locks, hinges, seals, or glazing units, and carry out effective repairs.
Ensure all installations meet quality standards, complete job documentation, report any additional issues (e.g. damp, structural defects), and follow void or responsive maintenance procedures.You Will Need:

Proven experience as a UPVC Fitter in a trade environment
Experience in social housing projects, or residential properties, including both new builds and refurbishments
Experience with repairs and maintenance of UPVC fitting
Good eye for detail and high-quality finish
Strong time management skills to ensure that projects are completed within agreed timelinesMust have CSCS, Full PPE, come with own tools and transport.
