How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Technical Product Manager – Key Responsibilities:
    - Provide technical leadership for the national cable ties and fixings portfolio, defining roadmap and product direction in line with business and market needs
    - Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, including development, launch, optimisation, and performance
    - Act as the technical authority for the portfolio, supporting customers, sales teams, and business development
    - Use customer insights, market trends, and data to drive product improvements and innovation
    - Support commercial success through revenue growth, margin protection, and an effective product mix
    - Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver product initiatives and support governance, reporting, and strategic decision-making
    Technical Product Manager – You:
    - Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, portfolio management, and go‑to‑market strategies
    - Proven analytical capability and experience developing compelling commercial business cases
    - Leadership experience in international, cross‑functional environments
    - Ability to influence senior stakeholders and present confidently at executive level
    - Experience working with R&D, Engineering, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, and Production
    Benefits:
    - Enhanced annual leave
    - Enhanced family-friendly leave policies
    - An enhanced sick pay scheme
    - Comprehensive mental health and wellbeing support, including access to counselling, an employee assistance programme, mortgage brokering services, and additional resources for you and your family
    - Free on-site car parking
    - Subsidised canteen facilities at our larger locations
